Tell us a bit about yourself?
We\'re a three piece Alternative Rock band from Oxfordshire. All three of us draw a variety of different influences. We\'re inspired by the original pop punk bands like Blink 182, but listen to modern stuff too. I\'m really enjoying upcoming indie bands like Anteros, Bloxx and Kanadia
There are a lot of emerging artists in the UK right now. What sets you apart from the rest?
We try not to confine ourselves to genre boundaries too much, and we enjoy jumping around on stage more than anyone
What’s your back-story?
While most of our songs are about actual real people, we play around with fiction and non fiction in our lyricism and I feel like our live set takes people on a bit of a journey. It\'s about the high and lows of relationships, how people relate to each other and ultimately the struggle of decision making in everyday life for the standard human
What are you working on at the moment?
We have a few festival dates this summer which we\'re MEGA excited about, and we\'re looking to release our debut EP come the autumn
What\'s the first song you remember hearing?
Queen- Bohemian Rhapsody
You\'re in a Karaoke Bar - What\'s your go to song?
Oasis, everything by them sounds so good when you\'ve had a few beers. Then you realise someone has taken a video of you and sent it the next morning..
What was the first gig you went to?
Elliott Minor in Oxford, some unheard of-ish pop punk band
Which song do you wish you\'d written?
Anything by Mozart, he\'s dope
Which song changed your life?
Smash Mouth- All Star. Not only is it a straight up banger, but it lifts you right up when you\'re down in the dumps
Which song would you like played at your funeral?
Oasis- Champagne Supernova
What song is stuck in your head right now?
Would it be pretentious to say one of ours..?
What was the first Album you bought?
Slipknot- Volume 3
Which song made you want to play music?
Linkin Park got me really into music so I\'d probably say Don\'t Stay by them. Not a very mainstream song but the amount of raw emotion in those vocals is beyond belief, everything about them was on point and they really appealed to me when I was like ten. RIP Chester.
