Coraggio Group is a new dark electropop project formed to connect high art with popular, contestaive means of expression. Soon from the start, Coraggio Group’s sound is compared to Crystal Castles, The Knife and Joy Division. With female alt as a lead voice, emphasis on emotionality, poetry as lyrics, hardcore visuals, and eccentric live performances, Coraggio Group changes music into art, or a feeling, or a thought.

In 2017, Coraggio Group announced to release debut album in Bentley Records, New York City, U.S. At the new record, collaborations will include Michael Jackson's guitarist Tommy O, and mainstream best Polish musicians.

The main composer in CG is Gabriela Fantasy, cultural studies and English philology graduate, filmmaker and journalist, working for major international media companies. During live performances, Coraggio Group performs with drums - Przemek Knopik, bass - Tomek Zawadzki, live electronics - Infinity, vocals, and devastating, radical visuals. Coraggio Group's drummer Przemek Knopik worked with Michał Urbaniak, Neil Grant, Krzysztof Ścierański, Mikołaj Trzaska, Marysia Sadowska. Gabriela Fantasy was a part of Throbbing Wafle and Subversive Users, giving shows in Gallery Manhattan, Teatr Muzyczny w Gdyni, DOM, Jazzga, Saturator, Mózg in Pl.

In 2016, InClub Radio in Peru chose CG's Going Out as one of 400 best songs of the year. One year before this mention, Coraggio Group released first song in Polish literary publishing house, Biuro Literackie. The song was chosen by Kora Jackowska (Maanam) and Agnieszka Szydlowska (3 Program of The Polish Radio) to become a part of Various Artists debuts record album.

Inspirations of Coraggio Group include: Haus Arafna, Ait, Trust, Coil, Burzum, Black Ceiling, Mater Suspiria Vision, Psychic TV, Guy Debord, Noam Chomsky, Kathy Acker, William S. Burroughs, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Todd Solondz, Gerhard Richter, Marina Abramovic. Coraggio Group supports animals rights, vegetarianism, feminism, equality, anticapitalism, anti-imperialism, anticlericalism, pacifism, ecoligism, and human rights. We think music can become a political statement, able to transform the world, or produce new solutions for next social political system after capitalism.
