"Raw energy, killer choruses, these boys can write a tune." - BBC Introducing (2016).

Connor Sturt - Vocals
Chris Henry - Drums
Evan Hudson - Guitar
Harry Conner - Bass

Four guys, from the south east of London, who dared to do.

The story began in January 2016 when three musical friends discovered their vocalist, Connor, online to complete the 4 piece. The band managed to write a song in their first rehearsal together and realised they had a special chemistry. Swipe right people, you just never know. Currently all the boys music has been recorded in a friends bedroom. It's truely amazing what is going on in bedrooms these days.

The band class themselves selves as an Indie/Alternative Rock Band, hoping to find some mainstream crossover. Crowded Oceans gigs are full off raw energy and their messy guitars have been described as “Killer”. “These boys have an ear for a chorus” - Melita Dennet (BBC Introducing The South)

Are the band ready to fight our way through the 'Crowded Oceans'? Cringe away!

Graduating from BritPop influences, which spurned teenage years listening to the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, RHCP, and Foo Fighters. The band are currently finding influence in the headlining Indie resurgence led by Foals, Alt-J, Blossoms, Catfish & The Bottlemen, The Amazons, The Sherlocks and many more.

Crowded Oceans play shows in London regularly and love to have a drink with fans after the gig so if you see the boys live make sure you say 'Hey'. There may even be a beer in it for you.

"Despite only bursting onto the scene this year, Crowded Oceans are already making waves with their brand of perfectly crafted Indie/Pop/Rock. They’ve had airplay on both sides of the Atlantic, including a mention on Chris Moyles Breakfast show on Radio X and multiple plays and features on BBC Introducing. The quintet have recently started turning heads in London after bagging a support spot for ex-Catfish & the Bottlemen guitarist, Billy Bibby and they’re ready to take the Capital by storm again with their very own headline slot." - Absent Kelly (2016).
