An interview by NME:
Tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm a solo artist who just wants to make as much music as possible for everyone to listen to. I'm a singer and my passion is singing and creating music. I went to school at Primrose Hill Primary school and then Haverstock secondary, now I'm in college.
There are a lot of emerging artists in the UK right now. What sets you apart from the rest?
I like to think I go further than the music, the music is obviously important, its the most important part. But the word artist should go further than musician. For example there should be booklet art or art that comes alongside the album. I think that's very important.
What’s your back-story?
There's not much of a back story. I'm your regular Londoner, live in Camden. A normal guy, I guess.
What are you working on at the moment?
Very recently I decided i'll be making an album, I plan on calling it Square-One, because its the square one of my music career. There's nothing done yet, i'm still writing so nothings final.
What's the first song you remember hearing?
Queen. We had this old computer when I was little and the only music on there for some reason was Queen.
You're in a Karaoke Bar - What's your go to song?
If I was in a karaoke bar, i'd sing Don't look back in anger because its a great song to sing. I really enjoy singing it.
What was the first rock gig you went to?
The first rock gig I went to was Marilyn Manson at Hammersmith.
Which song do you wish you'd written?
There's a lot of songs I wish I wrote, so its not easy to pick. Uhm, I'd probably say an Oasis song like Wonderwall or Don't look back in anger.
Which song changed your life?
I'm not sure about which song changed my life but an artist that has would be Marilyn Manson because he makes me want to write the most. Also I see the perfect example of artistic albums there.
Which song would you like played at your funeral?
Highway to hell, because why not!
What song is stuck in your head right now?
LEFT4DEAD by Rat boy. Good song...
What was the first Album you bought?
No More Tears by Ozzy Osbourne. I bought it in HMV, Oxford Street.
Which song made you want to play music?
Again, i'm not sure about particular songs. But Manson and Beatles make me want to be a musician.
