Tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm an Italian singer-songwriter and guitarist based in London. I started playing guitar when I was about 10 years old and quickly became interested in music. Pretty soon, encouraged by my passion for rock ’n’ roll music, I founded my first proper band and began singing and writing songs. This led to the recording and release of a few EPs and I also started playing live in various pubs and bars in Sicily.
Now I'm about to release my first solo album ‘The Sun and The Moon’, that will be out in March.
My sound might remind you of the great folk and blues songwriters of the past, but it also shows influences from the 50’s rock ’n’ roll legends.

There are a lot of emerging artists in the UK right now. What sets you apart from the rest?
I think what sets me apart from the rest is that there are not much people doing my kind of music and influenced by the same artists as me right now. There surely are some, but it seems to me like most emerging artists are going towards another direction.

Who can relate to your music?
I wrote the entirety of my new album 'The Sun and the Moon' while getting ready to leave my hometown in Italy to settle in London and right after leaving what had been my main musical project for four years, a rock 'n' roll band I was in. I guess that people who are changing something about their life or went through an important change in the past can relate to the songs in the album because change and the ups and downs that come with it are one of its main themes.

What are you working on at the moment?
I'm mainly working on the release of my debut album, that'll be out in March.
After its release, I'll play as many gigs as possible in London in order to spread the word.

What was the first gig you went to? Paul McCartney.

Which song do you wish you'd written? Bird on the Wire by Leonard Cohen.

Which song changed your life? Any song from Appetite for Destruction by Guns N' Roses. That album made me fell in love with rock 'n' roll music.

Which song would you like played at your funeral? Sligo River Blues by John Fahey

What song is stuck in your head right now? Leave It In My Dreams by The Voidz.
