Tell us a bit about yourself?
I'm a pop, urban, commercial singer/songwriter. My melodies are majorly reminiscent of the 90s. Influences are Max Martin and Dr Luke.
My debut single “Where’s Love” on London based Deep Stack Records, hit the top 10 in the Music Week Pop charts, with her follow up single “Turn It Up” reaching the top 10 in the Music Week Upfront Club Chart.
I've work closely with a few writers and producers such as; Giannii Milano, Lewi White, Rawz Artilla, Michael Antoniou, JPL, Gry Official, DirtySaj, Syon and Dion D’Lucia. There are a lot of emerging artists in the UK right now. What sets you apart from the rest? I like to write real music. So if it's a heartbreak tune or a feel good tune, whether it's about me or for someone else. There has to be an element of truth there, otherwise I ain't putting it out.
I studied singing and songwriting at The Institute of Contemporary Music and Performance. Prior to that I studied acting at The Bridge Theatre Training Company, it wasn't until my final year there that I realised I wanted to get into songwriting. I most recently completed the Capital Xtra Music Potential course as well as Amy's Yard, which have definitely given me a stronger sense of direction and identity on how I would like to move forward in my musical career.
